Forest Music & Performance is a Launceston-based community organisation dedicated to connecting people through music, performance, and storytelling. We create opportunities for artists and audiences to engage with original, locally-driven works that celebrate creativity, culture, and community.
Our focus is on developing inclusive, collaborative productions that amplify regional voices and spark meaningful conversations - all while nurturing a vibrant performing arts culture in Tasmania.

Our mission is to give local writers a platform to create bold new plays and musicals that reflect the unique voices, challenges, and creativity of our island community. Through collaboration and performance, we aim to showcase homegrown talent and contribute to a thriving arts culture in Tasmania.
